Representing the People of Tennessee and Georgia
Gary Massey Injury Lawyers consistently earns repeat business and referrals due to our success. We often win cases other attorneys deemed hopeless, turning them into victories for our clients.
People across Tennessee and Georgia turn to Gary Massey Injury Lawyers after an accident or injury has upended their lives. We’ve helped more than 10,000 clients, and much of that work comes from repeat clients and referrals from people we have served before.
Over the years, we’ve recovered tens of millions of dollars for injured people throughout Tennessee and Georgia. That kind of trust is earned one case at a time.
Together, our attorneys handle a range of personal injury cases, including Chattanooga car accident claims, truck wrecks, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. We work hard to understand each client’s needs, explain the legal process in plain terms, and put in the work that tough cases demand.

Our Attorneys
Each of our attorneys brings a different background and strength to our firm, but they share the same commitment to the people of Tennessee and Georgia.
Gary Massey, Founding Attorney
Gary Massey, Jr. founded our firm and has spent more than two decades helping injured people stand up to the insurance companies, corporations, and individuals who harmed them. Early in his career, he worked on the other side of the courtroom defending large insurers, and he now uses that firsthand understanding of how claims are reviewed and fought to the advantage of the people he represents.
Over the years, Gary has negotiated thousands of settlements and tried dozens of personal injury cases in Tennessee courtrooms. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, served as an editor of the Cumberland Law Review, and has been named to Super Lawyers and as a Tennessee Supreme Court Attorney for Justice.
