Josh Ward is a Partner and Senior Litigation Attorney at Gary Massey Injury Lawyers, where he also serves as the firm’s Chief Litigation Officer. As leader of the litigation department, Josh is personally involved in every case by ensuring each client of the firm receives the high-level representation they deserve.
Josh represents people and families across Tennessee and Georgia in many different types of personal injury cases. This includes advocating for people who are facing large insurance companies and corporate defendants.
Known for his hands-on approach to cases, Josh prioritizes listening to his clients, understanding their circumstances, and developing legal strategies that produce full and fair results, whether it’s through settlement or trial.
Born and raised in Hamilton County in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, Josh has deep roots in the Chattanooga community, as both of his parents and even his grandparents are natives of the area. After law school, he returned home to the Scenic City to build his career serving the people and families of the region he knows best.
Today, Josh and his wife, Brittany, are raising their children, Laurel, Lily, and Art, with the same close-knit family values he grew up with.
Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. Whether it’s camping, hiking, or just playing in a creek, you can always find Josh and his family doing something outside. He also enjoys cooking, including smoking meats and baking cookies with his daughters.
