About Nathan
Nathan Slaymaker is a Litigation Associate at Gary Massey Injury Lawyers, where he works with the firm’s litigation team on personal injury cases that may need to be filed as lawsuits.
A Central Florida native, Nathan began his legal career in Florida before moving to East Tennessee in 2022, fulfilling a lifelong dream of living in the region.

Helping Clients Through the Entire Process
Nathan understands that lawsuits can be difficult, intimidating, and stressful. He works to make the process easier by keeping clients informed, answering their questions, and helping them understand what to expect at every stage.
From filing the initial lawsuit through motions, mediation, negotiation, courtroom hearings, and trial, Nathan provides direct counsel and advocacy throughout the life of a case.
“I believe that if someone hurts someone else or takes something away from them, that person deserves to be made whole. I also know that legal situations can be difficult, scary, and stressful. I want to help counsel my clients through that process and make it as easy as possible. They have way too much on their plate to have to worry about their lawyer, too.”
